We, Everleaf Ltd ('everleaf', 'everleafpro', 'us' or 'we'), is a UK based distributor of quality art books, unique handcrafted albums and stylish camera accessories for professional photographers. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the everleaf service. By using this service you agree that these Terms & Conditions apply to Business-to-Business transactions and govern your use of this service. We reserve the right to vary these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

1: Payment

1.1.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Switch, Maestro, bank transfer and cheque. You agree to pay in full the payment of the goods that you have ordered from us.

1.2.
All prices shown are including VAT. All payments must be made in British Pound Sterling (£). Price and availability information is subject to change without prior notice.

1.3.
You reserve the right to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing an order. After that period you will be required to return your goods to us within 7 working days and will be requested by us a £15 restocking fee. (Business to Business contract)

2: Delivery

2.1.
All in stock items will be dispatched within 48 hours after completing payment. Your goods will be sent through City Link or Royal Mail Special / International Delivery and a signature will be required on delivery by the recipient. We will not send the order on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, UK public holiday and Christmas / New Year period.

2.2.
The handling, postal and packaging fee will depend on the destination and shown when you proceed the order. Free delivery service is based on mainland UK addresses only.

2.3.
All goods are carefully packaged and inspected before dispatching. We do not bear any responsibility or liability for any accident or damage that occurs during the delivery of the goods. All goods will be sent with appropriate packaging.

2.4.
We are not responsible for any delays outside of our control, including delay caused by the postal service, without limitation, earthquakes, flood damage or fires etc.

2.5.
The material used to manufacture the product may change without prior notice.

2.6
All images shown on the website try to portray the products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee against differences in the colours displayed by your monitor.

3: Limited warranty

All defective goods must be returned to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt for refund or replacement.

Before returning your goods please contact us at info@everleaf.co.uk to request a return. Return transportation charges at customer's expense.

We cannot accept responsibility for goods that are not returned by recorded delivery. We are unable to bear any responsibility or liability for any damage or loss during delivery of your product.

Any used items will be denied a refund or replacement..

If we determine that your goods cannot be returned we will return your payment for the defective product.

All returns are subject to a £15 restocking fee (First Postage & Packaging fee, Credit Card transaction fee and Repackaging fee - UK Business to Business contract). We will credit your account within 7 working days of receiving your return.

4: Limitation of liability

In no event shall everleaf be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, exemplary, special or punitive damages that result from the use of or the inability to use the service including this website.

5: Privacy

6: Governing law

The contract between us will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any disputes between us.
